The prohect was held under the auspices of the Mayor, Ministry of Culture, the Commitee of Handicapped peopele and gymnasium N 56.

The students of gymnasium N 56, of art school N 13 and the students of Medical faculty presented a musical and made a research. The project was accomplished in 2007. The performance was first shown on the 29th of November. At the beginning of the performance the Home affairs minister delivered opening speech. The performance was decided to go on a tour to other schools of Udmurtia. This performance laid the foundation to the whole project "Mission MacRell". Within the project there were shown performances and made researches of availability.
